01. Service Coverage

Stylish Living Upgrade provides a wide spectrum of residential services, including but not limited to Home Interior and Exterior development, Home Decor, Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling, Home Security systems, Fire Safety solutions, Roofing and Flooring, Solar Panel Installation, Gutter Installation, and Home Warranty services. All services are subject to technical feasibility, safety evaluations, and geographic availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or modify services based on structural conditions, regulatory restrictions, or any factor that may compromise safety, compliance, or service quality.

02. Quotes & Contracts

All quotes generated by estimators are strictly valid for a period of 15 days due to material cost fluctuations and market variability. Any revisions in scope, material selection, or project design may result in updated pricing.

Commencement of any project requires a signed digital or physical contract, which outlines the agreed scope of work, pricing structure, timelines, and payment schedule. No work shall begin without formal acceptance of these contractual terms.

03. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the property, project requirements, and any existing structural conditions. The client must also ensure that all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals from local authorities or housing societies are obtained prior to project initiation.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional costs, or suspension of services, for which Stylish Living Upgrade shall not be held liable.

04. Project Execution & Timelines

Project timelines provided are estimates based on initial assessments and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor availability, or hidden structural issues discovered during execution.

While we strive to adhere to agreed timelines, delays caused by external or uncontrollable factors shall not constitute a breach of contract.

05. Third-Party Vendors

Stylish Living Upgrade may engage third-party vendors, subcontractors, or suppliers to fulfill certain aspects of the project. These entities operate independently, and while we exercise due diligence in their selection, we disclaim liability for their actions, omissions, or performance failures beyond our reasonable control.

06. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in the contract. This typically includes an initial deposit, followed by milestone-based payments aligned with project progress.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Additional costs incurred due to delays caused by non-payment shall be borne by the client.

07. Modifications & Change Orders

Any changes to the original project scope, including design alterations, material upgrades, or additional work requests, must be documented and approved through a formal change order. Such changes may impact both cost and timeline.

No modifications will be implemented without prior written consent from the client and confirmation of revised terms.

08. Warranties

Stylish Living Upgrade provides a proprietary 5-year guarantee on structural labor, covering workmanship defects under normal usage conditions. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized alterations.

Secondary smart home processors, appliances, and installed systems are covered under original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties, and claims must be directed to the respective manufacturers.

09. Safety & Compliance

All work is conducted in accordance with standard safety protocols and applicable regulations. Clients are required to cooperate in maintaining a safe work environment and must not interfere with ongoing work in a manner that may pose risks.

We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unauthorized interference or unsafe conditions created by the client or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Stylish Living Upgrade be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or financial loss arising from project delays or defects.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the services rendered under the contract.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, including non-payment, non-cooperation, or violation of safety guidelines.

Upon termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of all completed work and any costs incurred up to the termination date.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, or supply shortages.

13. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated versions will be made available through our official channels, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Additionally, we may collect structural data, including floor plans, site images, measurements, and project specifications necessary for design, planning, and execution. Technical data such as IP address, browser configuration, and usage behavior may also be automatically captured through digital systems for security and optimization purposes.

02. Lawful Basis & Processing Purpose

All data processing activities are conducted on a lawful basis, including contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Your information is utilized to generate quotations, manage project workflows, facilitate communication, and deliver contracted services.

We further process data for internal analytics, service optimization, quality control, and regulatory compliance. All processing activities are proportionate, purpose-specific, and limited to what is required for operational efficiency.
